Classes

Class Lockout

The Lockout class represents an event that is fired when a user has been locked out due to too many failed login attempts. It has one property:

  • $request: Represents the throttled request that caused the lockout. It is an instance of the Illuminate\Http\Request class.

The class has one constructor, __construct, which accepts an instance of Illuminate\Http\Request to initialize the $request property.

<?php

namespace Illuminate\Auth\Events;

use Illuminate\Http\Request;

class Lockout
{
    /**
     * The throttled request.
     *
     * @var \Illuminate\Http\Request
     */
    public $request;

    /**
     * Create a new event instance.
     *
     * @param  \Illuminate\Http\Request  $request
     * @return void
     */
    public function __construct(Request $request)
    {
        $this->request = $request;
    }
}
